“Good price and nice breakfast with cooked to order options. Lovely to have a hotel with a full gym and swimming pool. Location is a little odd as it's on an old airfield I believe which is now an industrial estate. Part of the grounds is a golf club but there are limited areas which are available there to walk or run meaning I ended up having to use a treadmill for my morning run instead of running outside. Seems a shame to not make the golf course more multi use and either push people into...

“We recently stayed for 2 nights in the Reynolds Room, in the main hotel, which was a really lovely room, quiet with wonderful views. Loved the bathroom products and the towels were fabulous and clean. There were 5 roller blinds to close every night and open every morning, which was fiddly and there were gaps of light coming through during the night and especially at day break. Might have been better if there was just one blind across the front window, that’s me being picky, as I love a dark...

“This hotel is not comfortable. No elevator, and thin curtains. A lot of light from the windows wakes you up at sunrise. Bathroom dirty and with bad smell. Good breakfast, and free parking. Dinner restaurant with limited choice and expensive for the quality and service”

“Stayed here several times before and always really pleased with the quality and attention to detail. Sadly this stay fell way short! For the price paid for room only I would expect more! Poor lighting, no full length mirror and blind that were broken! Would take a lot to make me return!”

Dated old dirty pillows, hair in the bed,chips in the mirror bed so uncomfortable you might aswell sleep on the floor dirty towels, don't get me started on the parking fee aswell, 9 pound! “The room was basic and very hot. No fan provided, two extra pillows provided but without covers. In addition, one side of bed broken, two beside lamps not working and hotel surrounding is unkempt. Overall, the hotel seems isolated, outside needs more attention and provide the required amenities!”

In particolar modo quando il cliente non sa parlare benissimo in lingua inglese sembra quasi non capire. Il buffet delle colazioni scarso per i prodotti offerti e quel poco esposto senza scelta (es gli yogurt solo alla fragola).
